FREEDOM TO BE YOU
ABOUT US
Innovators. Dreamers.
Merakhi was created to empower all people to live free by creating a community of respect.

Four friends entered college at the beginning of the #metoo movement and were looking for a way to make thier campus safer for everyone.

By collaborating with people on all parts of the spectrum, the Merakhi team developed the company to create tools to tackle sexual assault head on.

WHAT WE DO
Technology. Education. Community.
We believe that through the combination of technology, education, and community, we have the power to shape the next generation of adults.

Technology- The Merakhi smart jewelry is comfortable but chic jewelry with GPS and audio recording capabilities to help prevent and process sexual harassment cases.

Education- Merakhi believes that to systematically tackle the issue of sexual harassment and unsafe occurrences, we need to start by raising awareness from an early age. Not only is it important to teach children and young adults ways to be safe, but we believe it can make a significant difference when such methods are paired with lessons on mutual respect, tolerance, and empowerment to encourage the development of accepting communities.

Community- By working with organizations, schools, and universities whose goals are to empower women and non binary members of our communities, we can create a product that takes a holistic look at the intricacies surrounding harassment.
